What would you do with 10 minutes?
If I gave you 10 extra minutes in your day what would you do with the time?
Hit the snooze button?
Meditate?
Go for a walk?
Scroll social media?
Spend time with family?
Get in a quick workout?
Have a power-nap?
Or would it be lost and just absorbed into your day never to be seen again?
Sometimes we find ourselves to be so busy and so desperate for more time that we are blind to how much is "wasted" or lost in other things.
For the next 2 weeks I challenge you to schedule out 10 minutes to do something you have always said that you don't have time for. Schedule it in and stick to it. You will be amazed at how you can still do everything you normally do AND have these 10 "extra" minutes! And it's all because you CHOSE how you use your time rather than lose it.
After all, if you don't use it, you lose it! In movement and time management.
