Suspension HIIT
Get ready for the ultimate fat-burning and body sculpting class! Have fun and watch your heart rate soar, with a dynamic blend of total body suspension training and intense cardio. This high-intensity, interval training style class will fly by as you alternate between all out-work efforts and brief recovery periods designed to push you to your limit for maximum results!

Sculpt and Stretch
This 90-minute class is your ultimate retreat. This class will start with a flowing warm-up, then add some Pilates, and strength training, which will focus on toning and strengthening the core, shoulders, and hips. Lastly, we will finish the class with a 20-30 minute whole body stretch leaving you feeling longer and leaner.

Equipment Classes
There is nothing more motivating than being in a group of people all working hard! Join any of the weekly classes and gain an awesome community of like-minded movers, and a sense of strength, mobility, energy, and greatness.
All group classes can be on ANY piece of equipment or use any props!
Fusion Bootcamp
In this class, you will use props and your own body’s resistance to build your strength, stamina, and flexibility. This class is meant to get your heart rate up while combining lengthening and strengthening for a full-body workout, then cool you down with deep stretches to balance and center your mind and body.

Suspension Pilates
Suspension Pilates is an energizing and functional Pilates class using a suspension system. In this class, we will be doing a wide variety of classical and contemporary Pilates exercises and building flows that will help improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and posture. This whole-body workout will have you working up a sweat and challenging all of your stabilizing muscles using fun and exciting equipment! Modifications are always available to accommodate beginners and advanced movers.
